We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will respond in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act, including notifying affected individuals and the OAIC where required.
